Policy Analytics, LLC is an Indiana based company specializing in economic research, public finance, and policy analysis.

William J. Sheldrake founded the firm in 2004 with the vision of providing creative analytical insight for public and private decision-making to business executives, elected officials, and other community leaders in need of high-quality research and strategic analysis on questions of economic and fiscal policy.

Since 2004, Policy Analytics has been working with organizations and governmental entities throughout Indiana to conduct actionable, quantitative economic and fiscal analyses to inform analytically rigorous economic development strategies.

Policy Analytics has strong in-house data analysis capabilities, and has developed a proprietary, parcel level Local Government Revenue Model to develop high fidelity property tax and tax increment financing revenue projections.
